For breakfast or the 1st meal of my day I had 2 eggs scrambled with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and orange juice to drink.
For my 2nd meal I had Mahi Mahi that was cooked with a lemon garlic butter sauce with tomatoes and avocadoes on top. To drink some cranberry juice. Also some of my Shells and cheese from the other day as well as water to drink as well.
To finish off my day I had some pieces of dark chocolate from my bar.
I was tired and didn't feel like eating and end up falling asleep and not eating for the rest of the night but I did have breakfast the next day!
This particular day I didn't really do any kind of exercise.
