1st meal was a waffle with whip cream and agave syrup and a cup of Acai berry juice and some water.
2nd meal was a bowl of Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Crunch. And some water to drink.
3rd meal was 2 chocolate chip granola bars. A cup of hot chocolate.
4th meal was some frozen strawberries
5th meal was chocolate chip cookies and milk to go with it.
Also some honey wheat pretzel sticks.
I had started to do one of the turbulence training workouts and was just about in the middle of the warm up when I got interrupted and did not feel like finishing that work out, I did do a set of 10 T-squats and 8 Close-grip kneeling push ups and had started my first set of Split squats on one side when I was interrupted and decided not to continue.
Also I jumped on my mini trampoline for about 10 minutes while I was watching T.V.
