1st meal was a waffle with whip cream and 2 cups of coffee.
2nd meal was a chocolate chip granola bar.
3rd meal was a Spinach salad with fresh spinach, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries. A cup of Acai berry juice. Some water to drink.
4th was some pieces of my dark chocolate bar.
5th was a mini burrito made with a wheat flower tortilla, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and spinach. Some water to drink.
I rode my bike while I did my errands.
