To get started yesterday I took some before photos of myself and also took my weight and measurements. I will be posting in here to track my progress as I continue with this contest.
Before I post the pictures and my stats I just wanna give you a little bit of an idea as to why I decided to do this contest. Yes the prizes are good but I really wanted to change my body to transform it to the most perfect me possible. I have indeed lost some weight since I have started walking to work on as many of the days as I can. I am currently at 120.3 and my main goal for this contest is to tone up everything and especially get a nice toned set of six pack abs.
I will be posting a log here of what my workout was and what things I ate as well. Another reason I decided to go ahead with this is because I did get the Turbulence Training program and I had been wanting to try it out and see what kind of results I would get but never got any motivation to do it because I wasn't really struggling too much with my weight. I really wanna see if I can get the results I am looking for and I intend to stick with the turbulence training program.
