1st meal was 2 eggs with sour cream and cheddar cheese. 2 cups of coffee. A cup of Acai berry juice.
2nd meal was a chocolate chip granola bar and some water which I had during my first break at work.
3rd meal was a sandwich with wheat bread, cream cheese, spinach, and tomatoes. A spinach salad with cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, rice vinegar and raw coconut oil as a dressing. 6 strawberries that I had frozen to keep longer. A cup of hot chocolate and also some water.
4th meal was a piece of toast with cream cheese. Some pieces of dark chocolate and then a pecan log treat.
5th meal was a wrap with the veggie shredded BBQ meat, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and spinach. Milk and water to drink.
6th meal I had shortly after the fifth and it consist of a half sandwich made with the other half of the veggie shredded BBQ meat and spinach on a slice of wheat bread . And some water to drink.
On Thursday I walked and jogged to and from work!
