For breakfast or my 1st meal of the day at 11:20am I had 1 waffle with 4 strawberries that I had frozen and put agave and whip cream on top as well. I also had my usual small cup of acai berry juice. I also had 2 cups of hazelnut coffee with milk and cream and 2 scoops of organic cane sugar that I love to buy from fresh and easy. Most of my food is purchased at Fresh and Easy.
My 2nd meal was at 4:20pm just before work. I had a Spinach salad with fresh spinach, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds tossed in toasted sesame seed Asian dressing. I also had a chocolate chip granola bar and a slice of whole wheat toast with cream cheese spread over it.
My 3rd meal was around 7:10pm. I had a cup of hot chocolate and a chocolate chip granola bar and a few of my pretzels maybe 3-5 they are honey wheat pretzel sticks.
My 4th meal was close to 12:20am. I had a cup of a small amount of acai berry juice and a few glasses of water and also a bowl of Almond crunch cereal with milk in it.
