1st meal of the day was a bowl of Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Crunch. I had some Acai berry juice and water and got my coffee as soon as I made it to work.
2nd meal chocolate chip granola bar and cup of hot chocolate. Also had my honey wheat pretzel sticks. And some water.
3rd meal a piece of toast with cream cheese on it. Some water to drink
4th meal the shredded Veggie BBQ meat on a honey wheat bun. A cup of Acai berry juice. A cup of cranberry juice.
Today I walked and jogged to work and back for my active exercise of the day.
