I was unable to update my log on Sunday before I went to bed but I did write down my meals that day so I could record them in here.
For breakfast that morning or my 1st meal of the day I had 2 eggs with sour cream, cheddar cheese, 1/4 of an avocado also drizzled with Agave nectar. Then I also had a half piece of toast spread with cream cheese. I had my 2 cups of coffee with cream and sugar and also my cup of Acai berry juice as well. I also drank 3 cups of water too.
Before rushing off to work I ate a a bowl ofKashi GO LEAN Crunch Honey Almond Flax. cereal and a granola bar which I would consider to be my second meal of the day. I would have had a spinach salad but I was feeling kind of rushed because I wanted to get to work early because I was planning on getting my burn re-dressed and also stopping by costuming to get a clean costume for my next shift. We are only allowed to check out 3 costumes at a time and I usually like to have at least the one I am going to wear to work so I can come to work already in costume because it seems to make things easier for me.
My next meal or the 3rd was on my break when I had 2 more granola bars these are the Chocolate chip ones I buy from fresh and easy so any time you see me mention granola bars those are the only ones I eat. I also eat almost my whole bag of honey wheat pretzel sticks as well. I had a hot chocolate and also a small cup of water. I think I might have also had a few cups of water before starting work too.
My 4th meal was when I got home from work. First of I had a few pieces of my dark chocolate bar. It's organic and I always buy 70% or higher cocoa. I have always loved dark chocolate I think I got it from my mom. I then heated up a wheat tortilla and stuffed it with some of my fresh spinach, some cheddar cheese, some sour cream, and I also kinda diced up part of a roma tomato and I ended up rolling it up like a burrito the way I learned at work. I also had a glass of the Acai berry juice too.
I didn't end up having any time that night for a work out though I had been planning on doing something although I was pretty active at work because I did have to walk all over before and after work.
