I made pancakes for breakfast my first meal and I used the Multi-grain mix from Fresh and Easy and half the recipe. I had strawberries on top and kinda made a strawberry syrup and then put lots of whip cream over the top. I had my two cups of coffee and cup of Acai berry juice. Sometimes the amount of juice I drink varies sometimes I try to get closer to 2 ounces sometimes I have double that amount. Those pancakes kept me full for quite a long time.
I had a lot to do and left around 1:30ish in the afternoon and didn't get home till about almost 5 and still was pretty satisfied from the pancakes.
For my next meal I had spinach salad with fresh spinach, cheddar cheese, a diced tomato, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds, topped with the toasted sesame seed dressing.
Next I had a bowl of organic shells and cheese and it was awesome again something from fresh and easy. With that I had a piece of toast with cream cheese. I also had more Acai berry juice and water too. I also put two oranges into my juicer and had a small glass of fresh orange juice.
After my workout I had a small bowl of the Kashi GO LEAN Crunch Honey Almond flax cereal with milk.and more water to drink.
