I had some Acai berry juice and water and got my coffee as soon as I made it to work. 2nd meal chocolate chip granola bar and cup of hot chocolate. Also had my honey wheat pretzel sticks. And some water. 3rd meal a piece of toast with cream cheese on it. Some water to drink 4th meal the shredded Veggie BBQ meat on a honey wheat bun. A cup of Acai berry juice. A cup of cranberry juice. Today I walked and jogged to work and back for my active exercise of the day. ♥Jen♥1st meal was a waffle with whip cream and agave syrup and a cup of Acai berry juice and some water. 2nd meal was a bowl of Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Crunch. And some water to drink. 3rd meal was 2 chocolate chip granola bars. A cup of hot chocolate. 4th meal was some frozen strawberries 5th meal was chocolate chip cookies and milk to go with it. Also some honey wheat pretzel sticks. I had started to do one of the turbulence training workouts and was just about in the middle of the warm up when I got interrupted and did not feel like finishing that work out, I did do a set of 10 T-squats and 8 Close-grip kneeling push ups and had started my first set of Split squats on one side when I was interrupted and decided not to continue. Also I jumped on my mini trampoline for about 10 minutes while I was watching T.V. A cup of Acai berry juice. 2nd meal was a chocolate chip granola bar and some water which I had during my first break at work. 3rd meal was a sandwich with wheat bread, cream cheese, spinach, and tomatoes. A spinach salad with cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, rice vinegar and raw coconut oil as a dressing. 6 strawberries that I had frozen to keep longer. A cup of hot chocolate and also some water. 4th meal was a piece of toast with cream cheese. Some pieces of dark chocolate and then a pecan log treat. 5th meal was a wrap with the veggie shredded BBQ meat, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and spinach. Milk and water to drink. 6th meal I had shortly after the fifth and it consist of a half sandwich made with the other half of the veggie shredded BBQ meat and spinach on a slice of wheat bread . And some water to drink. On Thursday I walked and jogged to and from work! ♥Jen♥ |
